How long are your contracts?
Our contracts are paid monthly or annually. We make it easy for you to start (and stop) your service at any time.
Do you offer discounts if I pay annually?
Yes, we offer discounts if you pay annually up-front. You will get the last two months for free so essentially you are only paying for 10 months for a 12-month contract.
Do I have to choose a plan when I sign up?
You start with our free plan and upgrade whenever you outgrow your needs.
What DOES IT mean by Unlimited?
Certain plans do not have resource limits for normal usage. We reserve the right to cancel your account on abuse.
What is Assisted Setup?
If you'd like us to help in setting up your location, all you need to do is send us your inventory list in a table format (e.g. excel). Each item should have a name, a size, a category and a subcategory that it belongs to, and, optionally, the stock code, the supplier, the cost, and the par (or the min-max) level.

Once you send us the data, we'll help you input the items into our database so you don't have to.
Which POS systems do you support?
We are currently integrated with Micros, POSitouch, and Aloha. Contact us if you are using another system and we'll get in touch with the service provider.
